whats cookin? egg rolls and fried rice

me and my sister made this for dinner last night.  it was sooo good!  we used jasmine rice (a thai rice) for the fried rice and it was a lot better than just regular fried rice.  micah apparently thought that the egg rolls were yummy, he had five...he is only two! haha.  this wasnt hard at all to make and both of them together took an hour to make which isnt that bad for fantastic asian food! haha!

for thr rice:

1 can pineapple chunks
4  green onions (chopped)
4 stalks celery (chopped)
pork or chicken breast
1 Tbs ground ginger
1 Tbs garlic powder
2 Tbs oil (for frying rice)
1 Tbs soy sauce
3 Cups jasmine rice

Directions:
  1. cook jasmine rice in 4 1/2 cups of water in the microwave for 20 minutes
  2. cook the pork/ chicken in a pan with garlic and ginger
  3. chop up chicken/ pork into bite size pieces
  4. mix together green onion, celery, pineapple, and pork
  5. fry rice mixture with oil in a wok
  6. add soy sauce to mixture
  7. enjoy!

8 (7 inch square) egg roll wrappers
                                                      2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
