let me just say, i LOVE fall!  everything about it is the best...the food, the scenery and even the beautifully layered outfits!!  i think this is probably my all time favorite outfit!  and everything was so cheap!  are you ready for this??  okay,  those corduroys are seven for all mankind and they were only $13!  and i didn't even pay for them with my own money because i won a gift-card to downeast.  i also bought that locket with my gift card...it was only $3.50!  then the shirt was $5 and the cardigan was $10 but technically i didn't pay for those either because i sold clothes to platos closet and i bought them with the money they gave me so pretty much it was a trade.  then the other day i went to NPS which is a  discount store.  they have everything there!  they even have designer clothes and accessories!  i even saw Christian Louboutin shoes!  OH MY GOSH they were so beautiful!!  they were only $100, but do i have $100 to spend on shoes?  sadly..no.  but i got this purse there and it was only $14!!  oooh yeah!  and i have been wanting one like that since forever!  and the other day i went thrifting and i found those beautiful shoes...i mean just look at them!!  guess how much they were!!!  they were only $7!!  so technically i only spent  $22 on this outfit!  i am so good!  how is your guys' fall shopping going?  have you found any awesome deals?

  isn't this corn field sweet??  haha i apparently thought so...don't even ask what im doing in that picture cause i don't even know...yeah you know the one!  so yeah i threw this outfit together in like 5 seconds right before running out the door to pick up loys from work, yes he does ride on the back of my scooter and yes he does get laughed at...poor guy. haha.  we rode over to his apartment today and we had to map out an extra long route that had roads 35 and under because poor little vino ( my scooter) cant go fast...at all...especially when loys is riding with me.  oh and i feel very accomplished because today i put gas in the tank alllll by myself!  im a big girl now!  haha i even paid for it, a whole three dollars!!  the cashier looked at me weird when i only handed her three dollars to put in the tank but it really does fill it up! haha.  so anyways its 10:00 and i have school tomorrow and i still need to do homework so catch ya on the flip side!

I'm alive everyone!!  i think i have earned the worst blogger award....i haven't posted in a week!  tsk tsk.  im so busy now that school has started!  but my goal is to post at least three times throughout the week...lets see how it goes!  so anyways i had a pretty good weekend.  on thursday loys had his work  party which was fun, we went swimming and he won a new flip video camera!  he was really excited haha.  then on Friday i went to a football game with my new friend jade.  we lost.  really badly.  it was still fun though!  then yesterday i made this shirt then went out shooting( thats why i have ear plugs in these pictures) with loys and his cousin c ray ( Christopher).  i did pretty well, guys!  haha anyways that was my weekend, how was yours?  did you guys do anything fun?

i wore this on my second day of school.  i wore my super cute high heels with it too...big mistake!  at the end of school i felt like my feet were broken and now i have two big blisters.  but hoe can i not wear them??  theyre so cute and they go with everything!  i guess my feet will just have to toughen up!  beauty is pain, right?

anyways...i really like this top!  im in love with flowy tops right now!  they go so well with everything!  im really happy that i decided to do the little flowers along the neckline, it was a last minute decision.  don't you just love those?  the details you weren't planning on adding, but at the last minute you think of it and it makes all the difference!

today was my first day of school!  i really wasn't ready to go back to school and homework yet.  it felt like i was there just yesterday.  im excited about my classes though!  my English teacher is awesome!  she has diabetes and she was telling us all about her pump and blood pressure thing and what we need to do if she were to pass out.  oh and she also made it very clear that if she were to pass out that she needs juice!  haha it she was just really funny when she was explaining it all " if i pass out i don't want you to just sit there, get up and get me my juice!" haha i love it when i have fun teachers that really love what they're doing and that is exactly how she is!  i don't understand why teachers teach if they don't like to do it or especially if they don't like kids.  i have had way too many teachers like that!    

so anyways this is what i wore to my first day of school!  like seriously people this is dressing casual for me.  i tried to be as casual( but still me) as possible!  everybody else s casual was cut off jeans and a sports t shirt...seriously!  i just don't get why they would wear that to the first day of school!  your not supposed to dress up all fancy, but you should at least look like you put in some effort.  i like to look good for me.  not just to look good, but when i look good i also feel good too!  it boosts my self esteem and makes me happier when i know that im confident in my own skin!  i get all dressed up with nowhere to go sometimes!

guess what everybody!  i got a scooter on Thursday!  isn't it so cute??  i got it so that i could ride to and from school...which starts on Tuesday! ahhhhh i am so not excited!  well i am and im not.  first of all im nervous because loys isn't going to be going to school anymore cause hes going to college and my best friend Brooke is going to cosmetology school so that means that i need to make different friends and im shy so im not all that great at making new friends.  im going to be that girl that sits alone at lunch and reads...oh by the way i read a book this week and it was really good!  but im excited cause i got a new scooter that i can ride and i can wear all my new clothes...well they're new to me anyways haha.  i also don't want to go because homework sucks and im a procrastinator and i always wait until like 10:00 at night to do it.  im also nervous because im taking biochemistry and pre calculus...im not good at math or science.  i guess well just have to see how it all goes.  wish me luck!!  have a happy weekend, lovelies!!

i love this!!  i wanted something with ruffles...i really like ruffles, okay?  haha probably half of my projects have ruffles.  so anyways...i decided to do a ruffle that started at the neckline and went down the middle of the dress.  i love it!  i think it looks really great with he belt! i also added sleeves!!  im getting pretty good at it too!  oh and would you guys like a tutorial on how to add sleeves?   and if you guys have any tutorial requests i would LOVE for you to share them!!

so this was actually what i wore yesterday...shame on me! haha.  after loys got home from work we went to yogurt land...on a DATE!!  its been a long time since Ive heard that word! haha anyways.  um why have i not been there before??  its like the best place in this world!!  not even kidding!  so pretty much its self serve and first you choose which icecream flavor you want and then you pile on the toppings and you weigh it!  its as simple as that!

i got a pineapple and dragon fruit mix for the ice cream and then piled fruit on it!  it was oh so good!  oh and see that little pink ball? yes, no?  anyways its sooo good its like a strawberry flavored ball of juice that bursts in your mouth!  i think that's the best way i can describe it haha.

so last night i kept on having nightmares about going back to school.  i was stressing out that i had a paper dew the next day and that i woke up late and had no way to get to school.  i did not like it...not one bit!

p.s. ill try not to take so many pictures next time...sorry!  oh and tomorrow i will be doing something a little different...i will give you a hint its not ME that will be posting...and its not another blogger

i really wanted to refashion a mu mu...haha don't ask why cause i don't even know but i just did, so i picked this one up at the thrift store a couple of weeks ago.  don't you just love that floral pattern??  i really just wanted a plain dress that could be cute for layering, so i didn't do much to it.  all i did was take it in...a bunch, this thing was huge people!  then i cut it shorter...too short in fact, i had to sew a strip back onto the bottom haha oops!  then i made a new neck line oh and cut off the snapies.  i really wanted something with a boat neck, so thats what i did.  i really with that these pictures weren't so bright so that you guys could see the pattern better...oh well.  oh. my. gosh.  school starts in two weeks??  this just dawned on me like two days ago!  this is my last week of freedom so i better fill it up with some partying and fun!  im kinda excited though cause im a looser and i dont have anything to do with myself...i get SO bored during the summer!  but i have had lots of fun trips to the walmart!  do you guys wanna hear a funny storry?  i think you do!  okay so the other day we were at walmart returning loys's bike cause my mom kinda ran it over with the truck...anyways there was this guy there that left a bag of groceries at the checkout and he wanted them back

hahaha.  i thought it was funny!  see people, this is why you go to walmart because you come back with funny stories to post on your blog! oh and this week i also joined stumble upon.  its pretty freaking awesome!  nuf said.

so my big sister moved last week.  she took all my outfit pictures!  and shes so good at it!  so without her i had to go to the third best option...loys was at work.  yeah my little sister savanna took these pictures and they turned out pretty good!  i had to coach her through it a little bit though.  no, wait...you have to hold it down half way to focus it and THEN take the picture...ok now come closer.  it sure was an adventure!  i love my little sister shes the best!  thank you savanna for taking these pictures!
